Admission Policy
::Registration ::
The Asian Academy Sr. Sec. School may publish a newspaper advertisement announcing seat availability approximately 3–4 months before the start of the academic session. However, parents are welcome to visit the school on any working day and register their child for admission at any time after birth.
A non-refundable registration fee, as set by the Board of Governors, must be submitted along with the prescribed registration form. Please note that registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is based on the child’s performance in a test/interview and is subject to the rules and availability of seats.
::Admission Procedure::
Parents seeking admission must collect the application form and prospectus from the school, either in person or by post, against payment in cash. The completed registration form, along with the registration fee and required documents, must be submitted to the school office within the specified timeline.
Selected candidates will receive an admission form, date of admission, and an indemnity bond, which must be completed and returned promptly to confirm admission.
:: Admission Test & Rules::
All registered candidates will appear for an admission test (except for Pre-Nursery).
Admission formalities must be completed within 7 days of the admission list being announced.
Failure to comply will result in the seat being offered to the next eligible candidate.
::Indemnity Bond::
Parents must sign the Indemnity Agreement provided by the school along with the admission form. No admission will be confirmed unless this agreement is executed.
::Withdrawal Policy::
If a student is withdrawn for any reason after admission:
All fees paid will be forfeited.
Parents must give a written notice at least 3 months in advance; otherwise, the security deposit will be forfeited.
Mid-session withdrawals will require payment of the entire session’s fee.
::Late Fee Policy::
All fee payments must be made between the 1st and 5th of every month, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Payments made after the due date will incur a late fine of ?50, and must be paid on the last working day of the month.
::School Uniform Policy::
Students must attend school in clean, season-appropriate uniforms.
A clothing list will be provided to new students, specifying the items to be brought from home and those supplied by the school.
To maintain uniformity and a sense of equality, expensive personal belongings are discouraged. The school is not responsible for the loss of such items.
::Conduct & Discipline::
Discipline at The Asian Academy is based on self-respect, responsibility, and cooperation.
Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited.
Students are taught to maintain good manners, respectful behavior, and a cooperative spirit.
In cases of repeated or severe misconduct, the school may be compelled to expel a student in the interest of the larger student body.
The Principal’s decision shall be final in all such matters.
